Nespresso “Moments that matter”

For Nespresso

with Ogilvy, Barcelona

I illustrated a series of scenes for an internal animation by Nespresso, exploring those experiences that shape the customer journey. The video begins with a UX designer reflecting on the unboxing experience and potential friction points. This is followed by a scenario illustrating a young woman moving into her new apartment. Her mother gifts her a Nespresso machine… but something’s missing: the capsules.

(The full video remains private due to internal confidentiality.)
